Vortex provides free sample support for qualified customers during the project evaluation and design-in phase. Sample quantities are subject to product type and project scale. For mass production orders, sample fees may be waived upon negotiation.

Vortex offers customization services including but not limited to: firmware programming (for MCU-based products such as NU1520), parameter trimming (e.g., charging voltage/current limits), and special marking/packaging options.
